When will my order be sent?

Your order is sent within 1-5 business days after your payment is completed. As soon as it ships, we will email you the tracking number.

Shipping options and delivery times

You will see the shipping options and costs for your country at checkout.

Israel
★ Collecting point near you – arrives at the collection point within 2-6 days.
★ Home delivery (door-to-door) – arrives within 2-6 days.

European Union
★ FedEx door-to-door delivery.
Duties and VAT are already included at checkout, so there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.

United States
★ Standard trackable mail – 10-45 business days (usually 10-20 days).
★ DHL Express – 5-10 business days.

Brazil and Mexico
★ DHL Express – 5-10 business days.

Rest of the world (including the UK, Canada, Australia, Switzerland and Norway)
★ Standard trackable mail – 10-45 business days (usually 10-20 days).
★ DHL Express – 5-10 business days.

If your country has no postal service from Israel, please contact us and we will find a solution together.

Please add a phone number at checkout

Please write the recipient's full name and phone number at checkout. The courier needs them to deliver your parcel, especially with DHL Express and FedEx. We use them for delivery only, never for promotions. 😊

Customs and import taxes

For orders to the European Union, duties and VAT are paid at checkout. For all other countries, customs fees and import taxes may apply, and they are the customer's responsibility. Delays caused by customs are unfortunately out of our hands.

Holiday season

During the holidays, standard shipping can take longer than usual. If you need your order in time for a special date, we recommend choosing express shipping.

Tracking your parcel

Once your order has shipped, we will send you the tracking number. We recommend checking it about four days after shipping. Please keep an eye on your parcel's tracking until it arrives.

Returns, exchanges and cancellations

★ We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.
★ Items on SALE and items from the clearance sale cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
★ Bra cups sewn into products are custom-made and cannot be returned.
★ Items can be returned only when they are new and in their original packaging.

Time frames

★ Want to cancel? Please contact us within 3 hours of your purchase.
★ Want to return or exchange? Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
★ Then ship the item back to us within 7 days of delivery.

How to send an item back

★ Please send it by registered airmail through the post office, not with a private courier company.
★ Mark the parcel as a used item and do NOT write its value on the package. If the item's original value is written on the parcel, you may be charged customs fees.

Exchange or refund

★ As soon as we receive the item, we will contact you so you can choose between an exchange and a refund.
★ Exchange: the shipping costs of the exchange are on you.
★ Refund: we refund the item price only. The original shipping fee is not refunded.

Caring for your swimwear

To keep your swimsuit beautiful for a long time, rinse it after each use in cold water and hang it to dry in the shade. Please avoid hot or warm water and Jacuzzis, as they will damage the fabric.
